No experience is necessary! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous training, our classes welcome all levels. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step and help you build skills and confidence.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing, like a T-shirt and shorts or workout pants. If you decide to continue, we’ll guide you on getting a gi (Jiu Jitsu uniform) to wear in class.
